1. Acceptance of Terms

Binding Agreement
By accessing kx89.app, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional game-specific rules. These Terms form the complete and exclusive agreement between you and kx89 regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
Amendments to Terms
kx89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of kx89 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform.
Language of Agreement
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail. By using kx89, you acknowledge that you have sufficient English language comprehension to understand these Terms or have sought appropriate translation assistance.
2. Player Eligibility
Who may register and use kx89, and what conditions apply.
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on kx89, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You are at least 21 years of age. kx89 strictly enforces the 21+ age policy and will request identity documentation to verify age where there is any reasonable doubt.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
- You are not registered as a self-excluded player on kx89 or subject to any account suspension or ban imposed by kx89.
- You have not previously had a kx89 account closed for Terms violations, fraud, or abuse of promotions.
3. Account Registration and KYC

Each player may hold only one registered account on kx89. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact kx89 support immediately.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information up to date thereafter. This includes your registered mobile number, which is the primary identifier for your kx89 account and is used for account recovery and security verification. kx89 accepts no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. The standard documentation accepted includes a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. kx89 may also request proof of address and, where deposits exceed specified thresholds, evidence of source of funds. All KYC documentation submitted to kx89 is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards. kx89 will not share your KYC documents with third parties except as required by applicable law or as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals

kx89 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and City Bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount and applicable processing times are detailed in the platform's payment information section and may vary by payment method. General rules for deposits and withdrawals include:
- Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful completion of the payment transaction through the selected payment provider.
- Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is completed will be held pending verification and will be processed only after satisfactory documentation has been provided.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and terms of that payment method. kx89 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- kx89 reserves the right to delay or suspend processing of any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, Terms violations, or unresolved KYC requirements. In such cases, the player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.
All deposits and withdrawals on kx89 are denominated in BDT. kx89 does not hold player funds in foreign currencies. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges imposed by their payment provider. kx89 bears no liability for conversion losses or payment provider delays outside of kx89's direct control.
kx89 operates a strict anti-money-laundering (AML) policy. Any player suspected of using kx89 for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime will have their account immediately suspended, funds frozen, and the matter reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
Rules governing the offer, acceptance, and use of bonuses and promotional rewards on kx89.
kx89 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying games will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with another player. Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless the promotion terms expressly permit repeat participation.
- kx89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or collusion among players. Players who have already satisfied wagering requirements in good faith will not be retroactively penalised for changes made after completion.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. "New player" is defined as a player making their first deposit to a newly registered kx89 account. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction by registering duplicate accounts will result in disqualification from the welcome bonus and account closure.
kx89 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to require the return of bonus funds that were credited in error. Players who become aware of an erroneous bonus credit should contact support immediately rather than wagering the erroneous funds, as wagering funds credited in error may result in voidance of winnings derived from those funds.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Conduct that is strictly prohibited on kx89 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kx89. Detection of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false, borrowed, or fabricated identity information.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in a way that is not consistent with genuine human play.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or abuse any promotional offer. This includes syndicate betting arrangements designed to guarantee bonus extraction without genuine wagering risk.
- Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits and withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds or to circumvent reporting thresholds.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or miscalculated odds on the platform. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are void and will not be paid out. kx89 will make reasonable efforts to correct errors promptly upon discovery.
7. Responsible Gaming and Limitation of Liability
kx89's commitment to player welfare and the platform's limitations of liability.
kx89 is committed to responsible gaming. Every registered account includes access to deposit limit tools, session time tracking, and self-exclusion options. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools, which are accessible directly from the account settings dashboard. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly; once a self-exclusion is activated, the player will not be able to log in or place bets for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account — doing so constitutes a Terms violation and will result in immediate closure of the new account.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kx89 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform; (c) any interruption to the platform caused by technical failure, network issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond kx89's reasonable control; (d) any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or match results. In all cases, kx89's maximum aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Modifications and Governing Law
How changes to these Terms are handled and the legal framework that applies.
kx89 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on the platform with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — kx89 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice before the revised Terms take effect. During this notice period, players who do not accept the revised Terms may close their account and withdraw their available balance. Continued use of kx89 after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms. Minor changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect rights) take effect immediately upon publication.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kx89 operates its platform in good faith and makes all reasonable efforts to resolve player disputes informally through the platform's support channel before any formal process is initiated. Players who wish to raise a formal dispute should contact kx89 support in writing, setting out the nature of the dispute, the amount involved (if applicable), and the outcome sought. kx89 will acknowledge formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and aim to reach a resolution within thirty (30) days.
